Isan is the founder of IK Partners. Prior to founding IK Partners, she worked with the large law firms in Taiwan, and used to be a banker in BNY Mellon Hong Kong office, where she managed, negotiated and executed the cross-border transactions of standalone Bonds/MTN Programme/Escrow/Loan Agency/Securitisation products when the Bank has been appointed in various capacities including Note or Security Trustee, Principal Paying Agent, Cash Manager, Transaction Administrator, Facility Agent and Custodian.
